For some time now our team has been working on a new version of our cloud management system – and we are soon ready to show it off. The new interface comes with some new features, better responsiveness & performance and has been aesthetically redesigned from the ground up. Using technologies such as React – allows for a very different experience and speed.
We are not ready to show you the new user interface quite yet but thought we would reveal some specific areas that will be improved in the new version.
Focus on Team work
Extra care and attention has been paid to all project and team features. One major redesign lies in that information about VMs, volumes and other resources in City Cloud are now dynamically updated in real time. This is an important improvement for teams to always stay up to date with changes in their environment. Either made by other members of the team or changes made by automation scripts.
Redesigned creation process
The entire resource allocation process of VMs, volumes, security groups and more has been totally redesigned making it easier to launch any City Cloud resource from right where you are. We have also made sure that every step and allocating any City Cloud resource has been thoroughly updated to create a more user friendly interface.
Bulk actions on resources
In the redesigned interface you will be able to perform a number of bulk-actions for VM’s, volumes, snapshots and more. This feature will come in handy when, for instance, need to turn on/off disaster recovery or delete multiple resources at once.
Container management GUI
In the redesigned interface you will be able to perform a number of bulk-actions for VM’s, volumes, snapshots and more. This feature will come in handy when, for instance, you need to turn on/off disaster recovery or delete multiple resources at once.
We can not wait to show you our new cloud management system. As soon as we are ready we will let you in on the beta testing – which we aim to happen before the end of the year.
